The members of the St. Leonard’s Association shall be title holders of property located in the St. Leonard’s Tract. Members agree to comply with the By-Laws and policy guidelines of the Association. Dues are $50 annually. Membership year is June 1 to May 31.
The St. Leonard’s Association has a class of membership named, Associate Member. They are friends or neighbors of members but do not live in the Tract. Associate Members do not have voting rights.
